An order can only be canceleld if you request it within 24 hours from placement. After that we have commenced manufacturing and cannot cancel.
If an item is received damaged or not as described, we will at our discretion replace or refund.
No refunds are offered for change of mind or regret purchases.

Empire Line Miniatures began trading three years ago on the Etsy platform and has developed a loyal following from over 1,000 sales.

When will I get my order?
Most items are made to order which requires a production time of 1-2 weeks from when you pay for your order. Once shipped the transit time varies according to destination, shipping service selected and the performance of each postal service. We are unable to guarantee exact delivery times but estimates are provided according to transit times published by the postal services.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are created by hand in, and shipped from, Australia.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping price includes tracking and postal insurance.
