Processing Time
All orders are handmade, packaged, and dispatched from Australia.Items can be ready-to-ship, or made-to-order - please check item details to understand what you are buying as this affects the package despatch time.
Processing time for made-to-order items is typically 1-2 weeks.
Processing time for ready-to-ship items is typically 5-7 business days.
All packages are shipped on a Wednesday.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
If an order is urgent please get in touch to ask about expedited processing. A fee may apply.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times

All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.

We use Australia Post and have no ability to influence transit times by any postal handling serivce. We can only tell you the published transit time but many factors can influence actual times beyond our control.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch) vary by destination:
– Australia (domestic): ~ 3–10 business days
– New Zealand & Oceania: ~ 7–14 business days
– Asia / Pacific: ~ 10–20 business days
– North America / Europe: ~ 14–30 business days -
These are estimates only. Delays in customs, postal services, or local factors may occur.
US Import Tariffs / DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

For orders shipped to the United States, all import tariffs (if applicable) are prepaid. The parcel is shipped DDP.

This means you will not have extra duties or customs charges upon receipt of your parcel.

Please note: while import duties are prepaid, local sales tax or state-level taxes may still apply and could be collected by the carrier or local authorities, depending on your location.
Responsibilities & Delays

Once a parcel leaves our workshop and is in the hands of postal services or courier, delays due to customs inspection, postal disruptions, or external events are beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays once the item is in transit.

If the tracking shows that your parcel has arrived in your country but is delayed at customs, you may be contacted by your local postal service. Please respond promptly to ensure release.
- If a parcel is shown as delivered according to the tracking information, we cannot entertain any requests for returns or refunds owing to claimed lost packages.
Returns & Refunds Policy
No Refunds Unless Faulty

Due to the one-of-a-kind and made-to-order nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds simply because you change your mind or for non-faulty items.

All sales are final unless there is a confirmed manufacturing fault or damage during transit. If this is the case we reserve the right to replace the item rather than offer a refund and any resolution in this situation is entirely at our discretion.
Faulty / Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or materially differs from the listing, you must request a return within 7 days of the tracking showing that the item was delivered.

Your return request should include photographs and descriptions of the fault or damage.

Once we approve the return, you will be asked to send the item back to us (at your cost, unless otherwise agreed).

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if the fault is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item, or issue a refund (including original shipping) at our discretion.
Return Shipping Instructions

Use a secure, trackable shipping method and adequately package the item to prevent further damage.

We assume no liability for damage during the return shipment unless you can provide proof of the parcel condition at dispatch and delivery.
Cancelling Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation.

Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the above returns policy applies.
