Shipping policy

All goods are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. 

We use Australia Post to ship our parcels.

Domestic packages are sent Parcel Post unless Express Post is selected.

Intermational packages are sent Standard International Post unless Express Post is selected.

Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 14 days of payment.

Made-to-order products are shipped within 21 days of payment.

All packages are sent with full postal insurance covering loss or damage. 

All packages are sent with tracking.

We hold no responsibility for shipping times and delays caused by customs and other unforseeable events. We can advise you of the published shipping transit times but this is not something within our control.

Taxes

We do not collect or remite sales taxes for any country. As such you may be charged for applicable taxes before you can collect your parcel. This includes State taxes is the USA.

The only exception is the US Federal Import tarrif which is prepaid by us. For packages sent to the USA all parcels are sent Duty paid, so import tarrifs are paid by us. We are verfieid with Zonos to prepay such tarrifs. Some state taxes may be payable - please understand your tax obligations in this case.
